How are leads, contacts and calls created in Zoho?

If contact and lead does not exist in CRM:

When call is shared with Zoho, it should create new lead and contact and add call activity to that lead.


If only contact exists in CRM:

When call is shared with Zoho, it should create a new lead from the existing contact and add call activity to that lead. This would create a new lead and should be seen in ‘today’s leads’ section.


If only lead exists in CRM:

When call is shared with Zoho, it should create a new contact associated with the existing lead and add call activity to that lead. This will not be visible in ‘today’s lead’ but should be seen when you click the lead or contact directly.


If lead and contact exists in CRM:

When call is shared with Zoho, it will not create a new lead or contact and instead associate the new call activity with the existing lead/contact. It should not create a duplicate of either. In this case, you will only see this change in the activities section or when going to the contact/lead directly and looking at call activity.
